What information does SticViews collect?
We collect information that you provide to us. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our user pages, those who communicate with us via e-mail, those who make postings to our comment areas. We collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as favorite Sticviews or site registrations, name and address, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address), and opt-in email promotions and eNewsletters. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us in response to a user initiated request for information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
We also collect some non-personal information from your web browser used to access The Site to protect our own security and track and manage your services on The Site. How does Sticviews use the designs created in the?
Designs created using the text or shape tools and clipart in the Your Creation are in no way the exclusive property of the Users who assemble such designs. Sticviews retains the right to display such designs or offer them (or variations of such designs) to other Users if you opt-in to let us share them. Your designs will also remain secure and private if you select that option on The Site in your user account.
Does Sticviews share any information it collects with outside parties?
We do not share, rent or sell the information you provide us with any other organizations. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
How does Sticviews safeguard my personal information?
Sticviews.com is protected by state of the art firewall security software and hardware. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as personal or financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server via a secure socket layer (SSL) connection and attempt to notify visitors. We have administrative, technical and physical security measures in place appropriate to the size and complexity of the Sticviews organization, which attempt to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at The Site.
