your sticviews were made just for you. if you don’t love 'em, let us know why and we'll make it right.

you may return your sticviews for any reason within 30 days after receiving it. see our satisfaction guarantee.


here's how it all works:

conditions you must meet:
  • you must notify us of your intent to return your sticviews and receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization). reach us at contact us on sticviews.com.
  • your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your sticviews.
  • your return must be sent in the original packaging to the address we provide to you along with your return merchandise authorization.
  • you didn't already choose to waive your guarantee. (see images guidelines) higher resolution (300dpi) files will enable you to scale the image up to 2X the original size with great looking results.

here's what we'll do for you:
  • we'll replace your sticview and get it to you at no additional charge.
  • ...or, we'll refund the original purchase price of your sticview back to your credit card. please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  • you'll need the order and item numbers from your receipt and package slip
  • you'll need to notify us of your intent to return your sticviews. reach us at contact us on sticviews.com.
  • let us know why: your return details will help us improve sticviews.
  • we will process your request and send you a return merchandise authorization form (RMA form) and return label via email.
  • you'll need to send the sticview back to us using the address label provided. please note that you'll need to pay the shipping charges which will not be refunded.
  • your return must include the RMA form and be in the original packaging so we can process your exchange or refund.
  • once we receive your return, we'll ensure it meets the conditions stated above. we'll notify you via email once we process your refund, or replace the original item and ship it back to you
