We guarantee that your product will arrive defect-free and undamaged. Please notify us immediately if your product arrives damaged and we'll replace it.

Due to the custom nature of our products and the ability for users to upload images, we are unable to guarantee exact color matching between the original image and the final printed product. This is due to the varying color profiles used in images, which may cause subtle differences when printed using the CMYK color profile of our printers. Rest assured, however, that noticeable differences are not a common issue with most uploaded images.
